Business Development Representative – DACH
PriceShape
• Proactively reach out to potential customers in the DACH region through structured outbound activities and phone calls • Work closely with BDRs and BDMs in your cluster to maximise impact • Identify customers' needs and pain points and convincingly present the value of PriceShape • Book and prepare high-quality meetings; join them with BDM colleagues when necessary • Share market insights, trends and best practices within the cluster • Take initiative to continuously optimise sales processes and outreach tactics • Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with customers
Job Requirements
- Proven track record in outbound B2B sales, ideally within a SaaS environment
- Strong self-motivation, proactive and structured working style, and ownership of your pipeline
- Agile, entrepreneurial mindset — ability to make independent decisions and explore new approaches
- Goal-oriented personality who draws energy from achieving and exceeding targets
- Strong communication skills, especially on the phone with decision-makers
- Excellent interpersonal and team skills — effective collaboration within the cluster
- Fluent German and English
