Role Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Auditor to support our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in helping ensure that our legal services meet internal standards, client expectations, and industry regulations. - Perform regular audits of client files in accordance with firm protocols and client-specific requirements. - Accurately document audit findings in the firm's document management system on a daily basis. - Develop and maintain audit checklists, incorporating updates based on changes in laws, client expectations, or firm policies. - Draft and revise work instructions to support checklist implementation and ensure consistent application. - Analyze and review audit nonconformances with division management on a weekly basis. - Participate in quarterly meetings with assigned division leadership, either in person or via teleconference, to discuss trends and improvement opportunities. • Audit approximately 240 profee charts (including professional and technical charges) • Complete end-to-end audits including scoring, rebuttals, and executive summaries • Maintain an audit pace of approximately 5–6 charts per hour • Identify documentation and coding trends across multiple specialties (over/under-documentation) • Analyze findings, trends, and error rates; develop executive-level reports/summaries • Meet with leadership to communicate findings, recommendations, and education plans • Lead formal education sessions (group and 1:1) based on audit results • Review charge entry sheets to validate charge capture and coding accuracy • Utilize 3M CAC to validate and verify codes, specificity, and acuity

• Complete annual outpatient coding audits for ED, SDS, and Observation charts • Audit approximately 300 outpatient charts, averaging 4–6 charts per hour • Perform audit scoring, manage rebuttals, and deliver an executive summary of findings • Identify missed diagnosis queries and audit trends; translate findings into recommendations and education plans • Meet with leadership to communicate findings, trends, and recommendations • Lead formal education sessions (group and 1:1) based on audit results • Review charge entry sheets (e.g., medications, infusions/injections) in addition to diagnoses • Audit Observation workflows, including the 48-hour carve-out policy (built into Lynx) • Support SDS auditing (diagnosis and CPT coding review) • Utilize 3M CAC and validate/verify codes, specificity, and acuity

• Complete annual inpatient coding audits for a Level 1 Trauma program • Audit approximately 125 inpatient charts, averaging 1–1.5 charts per hour • Perform audit scoring, manage rebuttals, and deliver an executive summary of findings • Analyze trends, error rates, and missed diagnosis queries; translate findings into clear recommendations • Meet with leadership to review findings and align on education plans • Lead formal education sessions (group and 1:1) based on audit results • Work within 3M CAC and validate/verify codes, specificity, and acuity as required
