Role Description We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Compliance Auditor to support our ongoing commitment to operational excellence and regulatory compliance. This role is essential in helping ensure that our legal services meet internal standards, client expectations, and industry regulations. - Perform regular audits of client files in accordance with firm protocols and client-specific requirements. - Accurately document audit findings in the firm's document management system on a daily basis. - Develop and maintain audit checklists, incorporating updates based on changes in laws, client expectations, or firm policies. - Draft and revise work instructions to support checklist implementation and ensure consistent application. - Analyze and review audit nonconformances with division management on a weekly basis. - Participate in quarterly meetings with assigned division leadership, either in person or via teleconference, to discuss trends and improvement opportunities.
