Sales Development Representative
Synera
• Pipeline Building: You qualify leads and schedule meetings for the Account Executive team. • Prospect & Qualify: Actively reach out to engineering leads and decision-makers through cold outreach — 60+ activities per day. • Outbound Excellence: Design and execute targeted outbound campaigns in close collaboration with the marketing team. • Engage & Tell Great Stories: Generate interest in Synera's agentic AI solutions through compelling storytelling. • GTM Engineering: Experiment with creative approaches to reach senior and management-level audiences. • Iterate & Improve: Analyze the performance of your outreach activities and continuously refine the SDR playbook.
Job Requirements
- Proven, demonstrable experience in outbound sales within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Strong track record of success (e.g., consistently exceeding quota).
- Ability to convincingly pitch complex technical solutions (bonus: experience with AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation).
- Familiarity with CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g., Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall).
- Strong growth mindset and resilience.
