• At Synera, we build an agentic automation platform for engineers that helps them create better products faster. • Our software connects engineering tools, data, and people, enabling teams to automate complex workflows and focus on what really matters: solving engineering problems. • We're looking for an Integration Developer who truly understands engineering. • This role sits at the intersection of partner communication and software development. • You will own the development of add-ins and integrations within our automation platform. • You'll be the first dedicated member of our new Marketplace team, working closely with Andrew, who leads the marketplace vision, and collaborating with one of our R&D development teams. • You'll work with a wide range of technologies, from CAD tools to simulation solvers to PLM systems and AI tools. • You join the weekly all-hands to align on company updates, followed by the developer meeting to share progress, questions, and technical insights. • After the morning stand-up, you dive into customer calls to understand their integration requirements. • You do backlog refinement and team retrospective to clarify tasks, estimate effort, and improve workflow. • Sprint review day - you demo the past two weeks' work to internal stakeholders and align on feedback. • You join a customer call to explain add-ins and public API usage. The rest of the week’s time is protected focus time: writing code, reviewing Bitbucket pull requests and pushing real value to production.

• Work with product designers, other developers, and stakeholders to create user-friendly experiences • Maintain up-to-date documentation, usage guidelines, and component libraries, supporting designers and other developers in adopting and implementing the system effectively • Assist in leading or developing on different projects, ensuring successful execution from planning to deployment. • Communicate technical feasibility and alternative solutions when roadblocks are discovered to clients and internal team members • Write high-quality, clean, efficient, performant, and well documented code to create reusable and modular components • Integrate and manage content through variety of CMS, ensuring seamless delivery across the application • Balance constraints, limiting short-term workarounds, while focusing on future extensions

• Collaborate with other developers to develop the algorithms and flowcharts. • Write neat and efficient codes according to the customer’s specifications. • Analyze and plan the installation of new systems. • Work on integration of software components and third-party programs. • Test, debug, and fix the errors in the software, also adapt it to new hardware. • Upgrade and modify the existing software. • Create and maintain proper reports and technical documents.

• Implement scalable Go services (gRPC, MongoDB) with guidance from senior engineers • Work across AI workflows, automation logic, and integrations • Learn to make architecture decisions based on customer needs • Collaborate with customers and product team to understand requirements • Suggest improvements to technical implementations • Ship with fast iteration cycles and validate real-world impact • Bring questions and observations about edge cases and user experience • Learn to balance pragmatism with quality using "minimum lovable product" mindset • Work directly with customers to understand their problems
