Junior Software Developer – German Speaker
SAP Fioneer
• You will join our engineering and delivery teams and be trained to become an ABAP developer within SAP’s banking environment. • Learn and develop in ABAP (SAP’s core programming language) • Support implementation and customization of SAP banking solutions (e.g. payments, core banking) • Translate business and technical requirements into structured development tasks • Collaborate with senior developers, functional consultants, and international teams • Support testing, debugging, and optimization of SAP applications • Gradually take ownership of development topics within client-facing projects
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Informatics, Software Engineering or similar
- Solid foundation in at least one programming language (e.g. Java, Python, C++, ABAP)
- Strong understanding of programming logic (e.g. OOP basics, data structures, problem-solving)
- Advanced German (min. B2/C1) – you will work with German-speaking clients
- Advanced English skills
- Ability to learn fast and handle technical complexity
- Structured and analytical thinking
- Ownership mindset and reliability
- Willingness to work in a client-facing, international environment
