• Brindar soporte inmediato a las solicitudes recibidas por escrito, ya sea a través de chat, correo electrónico, widget web o llamadas telefónicas: • Dudas generales sobre Atrato • Proceso para crear una solicitud • Cancelaciones, entre otros temas • Brindar soporte inmediato a las solicitudes generadas por el equipo interno a través de los canales de comunicación de la empresa. • Demostrar excelentes habilidades de comunicación efectiva y empatía.

Job Requirements

  • Más de 8 meses de **experiencia en servicio al cliente**, gestionando distintos canales de comunicación escritos y llamadas.
  • Experiencia en entornos de ritmo rápido y cambio constante.
  • Ortografía, gramática y redacción impecables. Tienes la capacidad de redactar tanto en un tono formal como informal, y adaptarte al estilo de comunicación de la empresa.
  • Te caracteriza una alta motivación y sabes trabajar bien en equipo.
  • Posees gran inteligencia emocional y la habilidad para construir relaciones.
  • Eres una persona muy organizada, capaz de resolver múltiples problemas simultáneamente y proporcionar una comunicación clara y concisa.
