Senior PPC Specialist

• Manage multi-million $ SEM budgets optimizing towards long term scale and profitability • Manage and optimize best-in-class Google Ads and Microsoft Ads campaigns across various placements, including Google Search, Google Display Network, Demand Gen, Pmax, YouTube and other to achieve business goals • Analyze campaign performance data and onsite and funnel metrics, identify trends, and provide actionable insights to ensure pacing to targets whilst driving incremental business growth • Set the strategy and roadmap for scaling paid acquisition campaigns efficiently, while prioritizing effectively • Plan and implement experiments incl. A/B & MVT tests of campaign variables to increase the efficiency of campaign budgets and drive ROI improvements • Recommend creative and landing page strategies and consult on creative and landing page optimizations • Track KPIs to assess performance and efficient execution of KPI and communicate performance and recommendations for continuous improvement to the relevant business stakeholders • Conduct regular competitive research and analysis to identify performance growth points • Actively collaborate with colleagues from other teams (creative, product etc.) to achieve performance goals and maximize ROI • Maintain partnerships with paid search ad vendors (e.g. Google & Microsoft) and stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Google Ads, and share insights with the team to improve overall performance

Job Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in Google Ads campaign management and optimization, including Google Display, is a plus to have experience in Meta
  • Experience managing budgets of at least five digits per month
  • Autonomy and a strong ability to proactively generate impactful solutions
  • Strong focus on performance and delivering results
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines
  • Proficiency in English - B2 or higher level
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams
  • Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (MS Excel) and Google Workspace (Google Sheets, Google Docs, Google Slides)), experience with Google Analytics and data visualization tools such as Tableau and Clarisights
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when necessary
  • Experience with other media buying solutions such as DSPs, paid social and native ads platforms or Apple Search Ads would be highly beneficial
  • A strategic thinker with a passion for innovation, and the ability to turn complex ideas into simple, actionable plans
  • Track record of successful change and project management
  • Strong attention to detail and experience in leveraging data and analytics to make informed strategic decisions and optimize product performance
