Job Requirements

- HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage.
- Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level).
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to client needs.

About Mission Bit Mission Bit is a San Francisco-based nonprofit that inspires youth of color to explore the world of STEM with project-based computer science education that embraces their identities. We offer a variety of hands-on STEM education programs, including biweekly, semester-long introductory coding courses. The role As a Lead Instructor for the Intro to Web Design class, you will be at the forefront of high-quality computer science education by connecting with students to foster an engaging and welcoming classroom environment! You’ll use Mission Bit’s in-house project-based curriculum to plan three lessons per week. This is a highly visible, student-facing role that reports directly to the Director of Education. We’re proud to provide training to all instructional staff to prepare them to teach, along with ongoing support throughout the semester! If you have a passion for community, social justice, and coding, and if you want to uplift Bay Area youth and bridge the tech divide, then this might be the opportunity for you! This is a seasonal, semester-based, remote role based in San Francisco, CA. The employment dates are from June 11 - August 6, 2026. • Work closely with Project Managers, Digital Strategists, Designers, and other marketing experts to create English and Spanish mobile-first website designs for law firm clients in the US. • Directly consult with clients, providing project recommendations and constructive feedback. • Conduct virtual consultations to gather information, align expectations, and guide project goals. • Present designs and explain the "why" behind site elements, layouts, mobile UX, and site performance. • Collaborate with team members, internal stakeholders, and overseas employees to create websites, blogs, landing pages, and other digital assets. • Manage workflow, timelines, and design delivery, ensuring client approval and satisfaction.
