We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Web Designer with strong experience in Wix to join our growing team at UENI. In this role, you will design and build websites for small business clients, ensuring they have a professional and engaging online presence. If you’re passionate about web design, enjoy turning business needs into beautiful digital experiences, and have hands-on experience with Wix (and ideally other CMS platforms like WordPress or Shopify), we’d love to hear from you. This position is open exclusively to candidates based in Latin America. 🛠 Responsibilities - Design and build visually appealing, user-friendly websites using Wix. - Translate client requirements from intake forms into high-quality web designs that align with their branding and goals.Ensure websites are optimized for responsiveness, accessibility, and usability. - Deliver projects on time, maintaining high standards of quality and attention to detail. - Suggest creative improvements to enhance client websites and online presence. What We’re Looking For Skills & Competencies: - Proven experience designing and building websites with Wix. - Strong eye for visual design, branding, and layout. - Familiarity with other CMS platforms (WordPress, Shopify) is a plus. - HTML/CSS knowledge is an advantage. - Excellent written and verbal communication in English (C1/C2 level). - Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. - Creative problem-solving skills and adaptability to client needs.

The role As a Lead Instructor for the Intro to Web Design class, you will be at the forefront of high-quality computer science education by connecting with students to foster an engaging and welcoming classroom environment! You’ll use Mission Bit’s in-house project-based curriculum to plan three lessons per week. This is a highly visible, student-facing role that reports directly to the Director of Education. We’re proud to provide training to all instructional staff to prepare them to teach, along with ongoing support throughout the semester!
