Business Development – Training Coordinator

Deephaven Mortgage

• Support the VP of Business Development & Training in executing training initiatives • Develop, coordinate, and deliver training programs focused on Non-QM products, guidelines, processes, and tools • Maintain and update Non-QM training decks and materials • Develop and refine webinar presentations, specialty training decks, and sales enablement materials • Create customized white-label training materials for clients • Coordinate and manage logistics for webinars and training sessions • Track training participation, attendance, and feedback metrics

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Education, Finance, or a related field preferred
  • 1–3 years of experience in training coordination, sales support, mortgage operations, or a related role
  • Interest in learning the Non-QM mortgage market and mortgage products.
  • Strong organizational and project coordination skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, and virtual training platforms (Zoom, Teams, or similar)
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and grow within the mortgage industry
