Essential Functions: - Cloud Migration: Lead and execute the migration of client workloads to AWS, encompassing assessment, planning, design, implementation, and optimization phases. - Managed Services: Provide proactive monitoring, management, and support for client cloud environments, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. - Solution Architecture: Design and implement scalable, resilient, and secure cloud architectures on AWS, leveraging best practices and industry standards. - Automation & DevOps: Champion automation initiatives, develop and implement Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions, and promote DevOps principles. - Client Collaboration: Build strong relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert. Qualifications - AS or BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related area, and/or an equivalent combination of education and experience. - 5+ years of hands-on experience with AWS cloud infrastructure and services. Requirements - Proven expertise in cloud migration methodologies and best practices. - Strong understanding of cloud security principles and best practices. - Proficiency in Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation. - Experience with configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Chef, Puppet). - Scripting skills in Python or other relevant languages. - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. - Strong focus on exceptional customer service. - Aptitude and desire to work in a highly collaborative, self-organizing, team environment. - Highly organized & accurate. • You operate customized products for Campact together with the Operations team. • In the cloud and hybrid‑cloud domain, you design and develop solutions based on Linux, Kubernetes and related technologies. • You support and design the migration from an internally developed platform to Kubernetes at the requirements level. • You are part of the on‑call rota and, together with your colleagues, handle incident detection and remediation.

• Work closely with our Cloud Team and software developers. • Support the engineering team in building & designing fault-tolerant applications and infrastructure. • Define container-based and sandbox deployment strategies. • Support cloud integrations, pipelines, and upgrades. • Develop automation tools to ensure our services can run at scale with high availability. • Guard our infrastructure through increasing service security, redundancy, and monitoring. • Improve and monitor our CI/CD environment as well as server and network environments. • Support disaster recovery, backup, redundancy, and capacity planning activities. • Evangelize and coach Vodeno engineers on best practices. • Design, develop, deploy, and maintain the enterprise logging platform using Elastic Stack. • Actively contribute to improving the Elastic Stack ecosystem. • Develop and manage high volume data ingestions and real-time data flow processes.
