Virtual Assistant

• Write and edit short-form copy for social media posts, captions, and basic marketing content • Perform basic image editing (resizing, cropping, text overlays, simple design work) • Support social media management, including scheduling posts and content updates • Assist with content organisation and digital asset management • Follow brand tone, style guidelines, and content briefs • Carry out general virtual assistant tasks as required (admin, online research, uploads)
Job Requirements
- Good written English (clear, professional, and engaging)
- Experience with copywriting for digital or social media content
- Basic image editing skills (e.g. Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Reliable internet connection and availability during agreed hours
- Experience in social media scheduling tools (e.g. Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer) (Preferred)
- Basic understanding of branding and content consistency (Preferred)
- Experience working as a Virtual Assistant or remote support role (Preferred)
- Interest in digital marketing or online businesses (Preferred)
