Role Description Link Technologies (LinkTechConsulting.com), a Las Vegas-based IT consulting firm, is currently seeking a Senior Software Developer to join our team. - Provide technical contribution across multiple enterprise application initiatives through design, implementation, and delivery. - Own the full software development life-cycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and support. - Building robust, custom business applications from the ground-up / scratch. - Collaborate with program area stakeholders to understand business needs and help translate them into technical solutions. - Provide hands-on technical guidance in various technologies such as .NET and relational SQL databases. - Experience building and leading development of ETL, data-centralization for reporting consumption. - Ensure high standards for code quality, security, and performance through code reviews and best practices. - Drive agile delivery by breaking work into increments, participating in sprint ceremonies, developing code, reviewing code, and working closely with the project team. - Advance AI assisted development by using GitHub Copilot to accelerate coding, improve quality, and automate repetitive tasks. - Build and optimize containerized services by creating Docker based environments producing efficient and secure images and aligning solutions with agency standards. - Foster a culture of continuous improvement, innovation, and accountability. Qualifications - Minimum of eight (8) years of experience with the following: - Enterprise software development life cycle - .NET (C#, ASP.NET, API, .NET Core) - Effective communication with customer and design ideas with teams, verbally and written - Minimum of five (5) years of experience with the following: - Estimating work with accuracy and deliver on-time - Agile/Scrum and traditional SDLC methodologies - ETL and relational databases (SQL Server, Oracle, or MySQL) - DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (e.g., Jenkins, Bit Bucket) - Unit testing - Soft Skills: - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong, experienced problem-solving and decision-making abilities - Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders simultaneously - Preferred: - Minimum of three (3) years of experience with the following: - Working with Texas Education Agency (TEA) and TEA applications - Blazor Server, Blazor WSM - Containerized applications Company Description Link Technologies is an equal opportunity employer. • Help to envision, design, and implement new features utilizing the Appian low-code platform for the projects based upon the prioritized product backlog • Bring innovating, out-of-the-box thinking to solving challenging problems, brainstorming with peers and utilizing available resources including internal as well as external resources • Provide estimates of upcoming sprints' work based upon current understanding of the functionality • Work with functional and testing team to understand the business functionality, to ensure what is developed meets or exceeds the end-user needs • Unit test all developed features, including edge cases. Also be comfortable to conduct peer review of other developers code as needed • Attend and actively participate in all Agile-related meetings. Work within the Agile framework including participating in User Story grooming sessions, Sprint Planning meeting, and retrospectives • Delivery presentations as required to the client during Sprint demos as well coordinating meetings with intersecting teams as required. • Participate in knowledge sharing sessions within the company to socialize best practices and white papers as applicable

• Responsible for design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of HRIS • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Technology, and Security teams • Lead system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and application-level security controls • Develop and maintain integrations between HRIS and payroll, finance, and third-party systems • Manage data migrations, validations, reconciliations, and ongoing data quality • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics • Design and build HRIS applications in secure environments • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements • Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems • Lead system testing activities and troubleshoot system issues

• Be part of driving the overall technical charter for the Compute Platform & Unified Deployment org -- including, but not limited to cloud infrastructure, big data, security & AI • Work closely with product management and engineering management to build and drive the overall roadmap for Confluent’s Compute Platform to enable new business opportunities • Deliver high impact to the business by driving important technical initiatives in areas comprising (but not limited to) security, reliability, multi-tenancy, architectural direction, and major component refactor across organizational boundaries • Be as a strong technical leader and representative for engineering across the Compute organization • Lead the team and the product on aspects of product definition, architectural design, and delivery
