• Be part of driving the overall technical charter for the Compute Platform & Unified Deployment org -- including, but not limited to cloud infrastructure, big data, security & AI • Work closely with product management and engineering management to build and drive the overall roadmap for Confluent’s Compute Platform to enable new business opportunities • Deliver high impact to the business by driving important technical initiatives in areas comprising (but not limited to) security, reliability, multi-tenancy, architectural direction, and major component refactor across organizational boundaries • Be as a strong technical leader and representative for engineering across the Compute organization • Lead the team and the product on aspects of product definition, architectural design, and delivery

• Work on developing mobile applications using React Native for Android and iOS, participating in technical design and deliverables. • Collaborate with product, UX/UI, and backend teams. • Write clean, testable, and maintainable code following software engineering best practices. • Ensure software quality: testing, code reviews, performance, and bug analysis. • Perform maintenance, fixes, improvements, and refactoring on existing modules. • Maintain a strong focus on performance, security, and scalability.

• Build dashboards and analytical solutions using MicroStrategy • Design and develop ETL processes using SSIS (Visual Studio) • Participate in MicroStrategy platform migration and modernization projects (On-Premise to Cloud) • Work on data integration using SQL Server, Azure, and other data sources • Contribute to the design of MicroStrategy architectures tailored to different business needs • Manage the platform using tools such as Workstation, Developer, Object Manager, and Library • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in both MicroStrategy and databases • Optimize performance and processes in SSIS and SQL Server • Develop scripts and automations (e.g., using Python)

• Using R to developing, validating, and maintaining statistical programs, to support data manipulation, analysis, and reporting for clinical trials. • Working directly with sponsor teams through the FSP model, collaborating with senior programmers and biostatisticians to understand project needs and contribute to Statistical Analysis Plans. • Creating and validating SDTM and ADaM datasets, ensuring adherence to CDISC standards and traceability requirements. • Supporting the production of tables, listings, and figures (TLFs) and contributing to documentation for clinical study reports and regulatory submissions. • Performing data cleaning, derivation, and quality control activities to ensure accuracy and compliance. • Applying industry and regulatory standards (e.g., ICH/GCP, CDISC guidelines) to ensure high‑quality deliverables.
