HRIS Developer

Catalyst Talent Strategy Consulting

• Responsible for design, development, configuration, and ongoing support of HRIS • Partner closely with HR, Payroll, Technology, and Security teams • Lead system upgrades, patches, and new module implementations • Ensure data integrity, system performance, and application-level security controls • Develop and maintain integrations between HRIS and payroll, finance, and third-party systems • Manage data migrations, validations, reconciliations, and ongoing data quality • Create and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytics • Design and build HRIS applications in secure environments • Collaborate with various stakeholders to gather requirements • Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems • Lead system testing activities and troubleshoot system issues

Job Requirements

  • Experience in HRIS development or administration
  • Strong experience with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar)
  • Hands-on experience with system integrations, APIs, reporting tools, and data management
