Graphic Designer – FMCG, Packaging, Performance Creative
Assist World
• Design and execute cardboard tube and packaging concepts in Adobe Illustrator • Translate clear briefs into polished, production-ready designs • Ensure strong alignment with brand identity across all packaging • Produce 20–30 ad creatives per campaign for Meta (Facebook & Instagram) • Design creatives that are conversion-focused, not just visually appealing • Create monthly website banners based on provided themes and imagery • Provide feedback and design input on website page layouts • Maintain visual consistency across web and brand touchpoints • Design educational materials and brochures for distributors • Assist with basic site plan layouts (all information provided) • Support the development of a digital brand mascot (cartoon-style)
Job Requirements
- 5+ years experience in graphic design (mid–senior level)
- Strong background in FMCG / CPG branding and packaging design (essential)
- Proven experience creating high-performing ad creatives for Meta
- Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Illustrator
- Adobe Photoshop
- Adobe InDesign
- Strong understanding of conversion-focused design
- Ability to work from a clear brief and execute fast with minimal back-and-forth
- High attention to detail and ability to deliver polished, production-ready work
- Solid understanding of brand consistency across packaging, web, and marketing assets
