Business Developer – iGaming

Leadx Pro

• Identify, recruit, and onboard new direct advertisers in key markets. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners/advertisers to maximize performance, while actively pursuing the best deals and market conditions available • Monitor existing deals activity, analyze performance metrics, and provide regular reports. • Develop and execute strategies to increase number of new deals, engagement and ROI. • Negotiate competitive commission structures and promotional deals. • Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines and brand standards. • Collaborate with internal teams (Product, CRM, Legal) to support affiliate campaigns. • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the affiliate program.

Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in affiliate marketing within the iGaming industry.
  • Strong understanding of casino and/or sportsbook affiliate models (CPA, RevShare, Hybrid).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
  • Strong existing network in the field. good understanding of the current igaming landscape
  • Fluent in English and Russian or Ukrainian.
