Job Description

Business Development Manager

Singularity Venture Hub

• Build relationships with founders, DAOs, protocols, funds and ecosystem partners • Source new crypto treasury opportunities and partnerships • Understand how Web3 teams manage capital and translate needs into practical treasury solutions • Support onboarding and ongoing management of treasury mandates • Own conversations from first intro through execution • Represent SVH at Web3 events, meetups and conferences • Share market insights to help shape treasury strategy and offerings

Job Requirements

  • Experience in business development, partnerships or ecosystem roles within crypto or Web3
  • Solid understanding of crypto treasury basics: liquidity, yield, risk and counterparties
  • Comfort working with founders, DAOs and crypto-native teams
  • Strong communication skills and sound judgment
  • Self-driven and comfortable in a remote-first setup
  • Based in Switzerland and closely connected to the local and broader Web3 ecosystems
  • Fluent in English; French is a plus
