• Oversee accounts receivable, including credit and collection activities, ensuring all accounts are accurate and up-to-date. • Reconcile accounts and maintain accurate records, including receipts and payment entries. • Identify and follow up on missing invoices and receipts to ensure timely and accurate billing. • Monitor incoming emails and ensure all communication is addressed promptly with both clients and internal teams. • Maintain organized, up-to-date financial spreadsheets and records. • Track the sales process, ensuring that necessary financial documentation is maintained and up to date. • Skilled in utilizing Xero for daily financial management, including transactions, invoicing, and reporting.
Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in accounts receivable, bookkeeping, or similar roles.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain financial accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
- Ability to professionally communicate with clients about sensitive financial matters via email.
- Proficiency in spreadsheets (Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) and financial software (Xero experience is a plus).
- Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work in Pacific Standard Time (PST).
