Opportunity Opportunity We are seeking a dynamic and pragmatic Corporate Counsel to collaborate in providing direct support to Twin Health’s management and executives by offering legal advice and guidance. Reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, you will work cross-functionally with our G&A, clinical, marketing, research & go-to-market teams to protect the organization’s interests and maintain its operations within the scope of the law. You are fluent in many legal issues associated with digital health, including but not limited to federal and state licensure and regulatory approval, corporate practice of medicine, privacy and security / HIPAA compliance, EHR connectivity and medical record integration and clinical research. You will bring to Twin a demonstrated track record of thriving in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. You are particularly enthusiastic when working on issues of health innovation, telemedicine, and digital health that will fundamentally transform the landscape of how metabolic diseases are treated. You routinely seek information from a host of diverse sources to understand problems, expectations, and needs. You formulate clear decision-making criteria, evaluating options by considering a variety of current and future implications and consequences. You regularly implement decisions or actions within very short turnaround times. Across teams, you build and maintain strong networks while balancing the interests of multiple stakeholders. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $130,000 - $160,000 annually.
