As an Architect, you build on your established domain expertise to lead solution architecture and delivery for modern, cloud-native applications on Azure. Your primary focus is on translating business requirements into scalable designs, ensuring delivery excellence, and deepening your technical mastery in one primary domain such as Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & AI. At this level, you demonstrate architectural ownership, technical rigor, and delivery consistency. You contribute to reusable assets and frameworks that improve project efficiency, while beginning to mentor others and strengthen alignment across engineering and delivery teams. Requirements - Proven experience delivering Azure-based solutions in consulting, client-facing, or enterprise environments. - Strong technical foundation in one primary domain (Application Innovation, Cloud Platform, or Data & AI). - Demonstrated ability to translate business and functional needs into scalable, high-quality technical designs. - Experience guiding engineering teams, reviewing solutions, and ensuring architectural quality across projects. - Recognized for contributing to reusable frameworks, accelerators, or delivery assets that improve project consistency. - Effective communicator, able to work across technical and non-technical teams to align architecture decisions with business goals. - Azure Solutions Architect Expert certification (or equivalent). - Exposure to hybrid or multi-cloud environments is a plus. - Willingness to travel up to 25% for client projects as needed. Cloud Platform - Design and implement Azure infrastructure solutions, including networking, identity, security, and governance. - Use Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep, ARM templates) to automate environment provisioning and management. - Develop platform automation, compliance, and cost optimization strategies for Azure environments. - Support hybrid and multi-cloud environments and integrate workloads with Azure landing zones. - Collaborate with application teams to ensure performance, security, and reliability across the platform. • Lead mid to large size and complex consulting projects simultaneously. • Extensive whole lifecycle experience in leading Oracle SaaS requirements workshops, solutions architecture & design discussions. • Using in-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud Applications, as well as industry best practice expertise, consults with clients to provide cost-effective solutions to client business scenarios. • Leads the implementation team in creating the overall Enterprise Cloud solution. This includes both the technical and functional solutions. • Experience in extending Oracle SaaS footprints with PaaS extensions. This involves designing solutions and writing specifications to create custom applications and integrating them with Oracle Cloud Applications. • Analyze current systems and data to identify new requirements, recognizing the need for systems enhancements or modifications if necessary. • Ability to lead, mentor, train, and guide an Oracle Cloud PLM applications team. • Experience in mapping enterprise requirements to multiple applications in the Oracle SaaS Applications. • Identifies and applies creative and innovative approaches to resolving product implementation and integration obstacles and problems. • Develop and implement long-term client strategies. • Act as the primary point of contact for clients. • Lead forensic investigations involving architectural issues, building envelope failures, moisture intrusion, code compliance, life-safety considerations (as applicable), and design/construction standard-of-care disputes. • Conduct site inspections and evidence collection, including condition surveys, photo documentation, selective exploratory openings/destructive testing coordination (as required), and tracking of observed deficiencies. • Determine cause, origin, extent, and contributing factors, including evaluation of design intent, detailing, material selection, construction practices, quality control, commissioning/closeout documentation, and maintenance history. • Prepare independent, litigation-ready expert reports (and supporting exhibits) for arbitration, mediation, and court proceedings, addressing causation, standard of care, and responsibility. • Provide expert witness testimony in depositions, arbitration, and/or court, including testimony under cross-examination. • Collaborate with attorneys, insurers, owners, contractors, and other experts (architectural, structural, MEP, materials) to develop coordinated opinions and respond to opposing expert positions (including rebuttal reports as needed). • Support dispute strategy by clearly communicating technical findings, identifying evidentiary gaps, and preparing for expert meetings, joint statements, mediations, and hearings. • Advise clients on remediation options, risk mitigation, and repair program strategy, including constructability and sequencing considerations. • Review and analyze drawings, specifications, details, addenda, RFIs, submittals/shop drawings, change documentation, field reports, punch lists, and closeout materials to assess design intent and execution. • Evaluate compliance with applicable building codes and standards (e.g., IBC/NBC and applicable provincial/state amendments), as well as relevant industry standards and manufacturer requirements (e.g., ASTM as applicable).
