Job Title: Staffing Manager Overview: The Advisors Client Services team is a key differentiator for Mastercard, providing the cutting-edge services that help our customers grow. Centered on data-driven technologies and innovation, these services include Strategy and Transformation, Performance Analytics, Marketing Services, Business Experimentation, and Specialized Programme Delivery Tracks. Advisors Client Services is the consulting arm of Mastercard Data and Services. We combine professional problem-solving skills with deep segment and functional expertise to address the challenges and opportunities of our clients. While specializing in the payments industry, we also work closely with major retailers, airlines, and other enterprises, leveraging data and insights garnered from within and beyond its network. The role of the Staffing Capacity Manager is to work very closely with the Staffing Partners, people managers and team members within their markets and hub capacity staffing peers, to ensure the Client Services organization is effectively executing against our strategy and to drive engagement within our teams. With a strong understanding and specialized knowledge of our business, the individual in this role is uniquely set up to ensure that people remain at the center of all that we do. Role - Aggregate staffing needs at a track level or geographical level, understanding specific engagement requirements and coordinating prioritization between projects. - In close cooperation with the Client Service leadership and hub Capacity Staffing team, assign the appropriate capacity to client engagements based on predefined criteria targeting optimization of resource utilization and learning opportunities for team members across specializations and markets. - Work using our internal systems and tools through all phases of the engagement lifecycle. - Aggregate track level or geographical level metrics and insights for management reporting purposes. - Work with their staffing peers to ensure appropriate and well thought through, balanced team structures are proposed thereby ensuring quality outcomes on the projects and success for the clients. - Work collaboratively with other staffing peers globally and with the business within a structured framework and against set timelines to ensure efficient and smooth running of a weekly staffing batch-based process. All about you Essential skills and experience: - Partner at heart - Needs to work in very close partnership with Advisors Client Service team members and the rest of the Global Staffing team. - Business acumen - Good understanding of the business drivers that impact on overall revenue generation. Ability to understand when to be pragmatic and when to be firm. - Strong interest in people well-being and development - focused on making the client services team member experience best in class - Client centric - strong focus on internal client relationships and ensuring service level satisfaction. - Agile - Must be able to work in an agile environment with short sprints, changing briefs and requirements to pivot at short notice. - Project Manager - Able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously - Strong individual contributor- able to self-manage independently, while coordinating with Track and global staffing teammates - Previous experience in a similar role in another professional services company beneficial. This individual will be responsible for driving all membership pull through activities associated with new affiliate growth contracts, including coordination with health plans, physician offices, and internal teams. The Manager will join a growing team of high impact, high motivation individuals, and is expected to manage multiple work streams while proactively and effectively communicating across internal and external stakeholders.
