MSP Onboarding and Compliance Analyst

Pinnacle Group

• Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for contingent workers, ensuring timely completion of background checks, drug screenings, and other pre-employment requirements • Ensure compliance with client-specific policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations • Maintain accurate documentation and track compliance metrics, identifying gaps and areas for improvement • Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, suppliers, and internal teams regarding onboarding and compliance matters • Collaborate with MSP program managers and client stakeholders to address compliance issues and improve onboarding efficiencies • Utilize vendor management systems (VMS) to track onboarding progress, report compliance status, and manage documentation • Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting contingent workforce compliance • Assist in audits and reporting by providing necessary documentation and insights • Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for onboarding and compliance processes

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2+ years of experience in staffing, onboarding, compliance, or MSP environments
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, background check requirements, and contingent workforce compliance standards
  • Proficiency in vendor management systems (VMS) such as Beeline, Fieldglass, or similar platforms
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to interact with candidates, vendors, and internal stakeholders professionally
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRIS system
