We are looking for a Mid-level Reconciliation Analyst to own and enhance financial and transactional reconciliation processes across RecargaPay’s full product suite, including acquiring, sub-acquiring, issuing, Pix, Boletos, Bill Payments, and Transportation. This role requires discipline, autonomy, and strong analytical thinking to ensure the integrity of financial operations in a fast-growing environment. Key Responsibilities - Perform transactional and financial reconciliations for sub-acquiring, issuing (card), Pix, Boletos, Bill Payments, and Transportation - Execute accounting reconciliations across all products - Report reconciliation results daily, analyze outstanding items, and engage relevant teams for resolution - Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation, increasing operational efficiency - Provide technical support to the analyst team and partner areas - Support the creation and improvement of internal processes and controls
Job Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in payment methods reconciliation
- Experience with reconciliation tools such as Equals and/or Simetrik
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Nice to Have
- Knowledge of SQL and/or Power BI
- Familiarity with Google tools (Sheets, Looker Studio)
- Experience with SAP
