Role Description BAM is seeking a full stack developer to join its team. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent work experience and/or certifications. - 7+ years of professional software development experience. - Proficiency in C# and .NET Core, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles. - Experience with JavaScript frameworks, writing custom JavaScript with popular JS libraries, and advanced web technologies and techniques. - Experience with Database Design, Data Modeling, SQL, and Database Administration. - Familiarity with cloud platforms, particularly AWS, and experience in integrating cloud services into software solutions. - Experience in microservice and modular architecture with an in-depth understanding of RESTful development, API design, and reusability. - Understands UX design, illustrating the ability to map out business process workflows. • Lead the onboarding, implementation, and management of enterprise data protection solutions across a diverse client base • Ensure backup, recovery, ransomware protection, and disaster recovery solutions meet customer business and security requirements in a managed services environment • Onboard, deploy, and manage backup, recovery, and data protection solutions across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for data protection technologies and best practices • Lead data recovery efforts for incidents including ransomware, corruption, and system failures • Develop and maintain disaster recovery and business continuity solutions aligned to RPO and RTO objectives • Assess customer environments for risk, compliance, and optimization opportunities • Automate monitoring, reporting, and remediation workflows • Collaborate with infrastructure, cloud, and security teams • Support pre-sales activities including solution and technical scoping • Maintain documentation, runbooks, and operational procedures • Assist with incident audits, on-call escalations, and provide technical leadership
