• You are Sebotics' first technical lead in Germany, establishing structures, building expertise, and laying the foundation. • You install equipment, document processes, create training materials, produce videos, and bring order to workflows. • Later, you will lead your own team, train new technicians, and ensure every customer experiences the same Sebotics quality. • You are onsite to train staff, troubleshoot technical issues, install devices, and get systems up and running. • When not on assignments, you stay proactive: calling customers to follow up, creating learning materials, or sharing what you're working on via LinkedIn.
Job Requirements
- Technical qualification (mechatronics, IT, electronics or similar)
