Position Overview The Senior Vice President of Technology & Development will provide executive leadership for Resolv Healthcare’s technology organization, overseeing engineering, development operations, IT infrastructure, and client technical support functions. This role is responsible for leading a team of more than 30 technical professionals supporting internal systems, development initiatives, and client technology integrations across multiple healthcare revenue cycle platforms. The SVP will ensure operational excellence across all technology functions while enabling innovation initiatives such as Resolv Core, the company’s next-generation AI-enabled platform designed to transform revenue cycle operations. This leader will work closely with the VP of R&D, who leads core development and AI initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic innovation and day-to-day technology operations. The ideal candidate is a strong executive operator who can lead a mature technology organization, manage complex technical environments, and build alignment across engineering, operations, and executive leadership. Key Responsibilities Executive Technology Leadership - Provide executive leadership for the company’s technology organization including development, IT support, and client technology services. - Oversee a team of 30+ technical professionals supporting internal platforms and client integrations. - Establish clear priorities and accountability across development, IT operations, and support teams. - Ensure technology initiatives align with the company’s strategic objectives including growth, operational efficiency, and profitability. Development & Platform Oversight - Provide oversight and strategic direction for software development initiatives across the organization. - Partner closely with the VP of R&D to support development of Resolv Core, including AI-driven automation and data platform capabilities. - Ensure development teams follow best practices including scalable architecture, quality assurance, and modern development processes. IT Operations & Client Technology Support - Oversee technology operations supporting internal teams and external clients. - Ensure reliable operation of systems supporting multiple Practice Management (PM) platforms used by clients. - Maintain high service levels for technical support, issue resolution, and system reliability. - Lead prioritization and resolution of technical issues impacting client operations. Technology Project Management - Oversee execution of major technology projects across the organization. - Ensure cross-functional coordination between development, operations, and client service teams. - Drive consistent project governance, resource allocation, and delivery timelines. Team Leadership & Organizational Development - Lead and mentor a distributed technology team across multiple functional areas. - Support leadership development within the technology organization, including partnership with the VP of R&D and other senior leaders. - Foster a collaborative culture that values accountability, continuous improvement, and innovation. Strategic Technology Initiatives - Support expansion of Resolv Core, the company’s centralized data and automation platform. - Identify opportunities to leverage automation, AI, and improved system integration to increase operational efficiency. - Assist in evaluating and integrating technology platforms from acquisitions or new service offerings. Required Experience - 12–15+ years of experience in technology leadership roles. - Experience leading large technical teams (20+ staff) including development and IT support functions. - Proven ability to manage complex technical environments with multiple integrated systems. - Strong experience leading technology operations within a services organization. - Demonstrated success managing large projects and cross-functional technology initiatives. - Experience working with distributed teams. Preferred Experience - Experience in healthcare technology or revenue cycle management (RCM). - Experience overseeing technology supporting Practice Management (PM) systems or healthcare software integrations. - Experience supporting AI, automation, or data platform initiatives. - Experience in acquisition-driven or multi-platform technology environments.
