Role Description OM Digital Solutions is seeking an Operations Analyst who is responsible for the overall processing of sales promotional programs and claims for key accounts. Additional responsibilities include pricing set up and changes for dealers, month end close processes reporting for Finance close and maintenance of file which controls the processing of claims. - Manage the admin relationship with a third-party vendor overseeing OMDS’s Spiff Program, ensuring accurate billing, timely payments for promotional spend and management fees. - Run and upload weekly serial number reports for selected accounts and items on the spiff program to the vendor portal. - Collaborate with the Marketing team to obtain the monthly Spiff list, apply necessary updates, and distribute the final version to relevant stakeholders. - Maintain and update a monthly file shared with the third-party vendor to reflect current Spiff data. - Generate blanket purchase orders for applicable promotional programs as needed. - Audit and review promotional claims for assigned accounts to verify accuracy and ensure compliance with proof of performance and program requirements. - Review monthly audit reports, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions. - Maintain and update the MDF tracking file, which includes all Sales Support entries in SAP (e.g., MDF, IR, Price Protection). - Process monthly Compliance and eCommerce billing using summary reports provided by Marketing and Sales Operations. - Share preliminary and final versions of the MDF tracking file with the Finance team each month. - Coordinate monthly meetings with the Sales team to review MDF budgets. - Work closely with the OMDS Credit team to address claim-related inquiries and assist in resolving deductions. - Serve as a key contact for field personnel, responding to inquiries related to promotional activities and programs. - Act as a point of contact for pricing discrepancies; update and maintain program pricing in SAP and keep the pricing program file current. - Work closely with Product Marketing team to ensure correct pricing for dealers. - Perform additional duties and support special projects as assigned. Qualifications - Accounting or Finance degree required. - Minimum 4 years related business experience required. - Must be proficient in Excel and have intermediate PC skills. - Must be detail oriented and have strong mathematical skills. - Be well-organized and a good communicator.
