The Operations Lead Analyst is responsible for overseeing day‑to‑day execution of BenOps workstreams, including benefit configuration, case execution, and production support, ensuring all work is completed accurately and in compliance with SLAs, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements. This role proactively identifies operational risks, dependencies, and barriers, escalating issues and recommending mitigation strategies as needed. The Lead Analyst triages and resolves complex or high‑impact issues, performs root‑cause analysis to address defects and rework, and serves as an escalation point for analysts and offshore or contingent resources. In addition, the role drives process improvement and quality by identifying efficiency and standardization opportunities, supporting SOPs and quality controls, and ensuring compliance with applicable controls. Strong stakeholder communication is essential, with regular updates to leadership and close collaboration with cross‑functional partners to support implementations, renewals, and change initiatives. The Lead Analyst also provides mentorship and guidance to the team, supports workload planning during peak periods, and models ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities - Strong knowledge of healthcare or PBM operations, with direct experience in benefits configuration or benefits operations preferred. - Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and root‑cause analysis skills. - Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to clearly articulate risks and recommendations to leadership. - High attention to detail with the ability to think holistically about end‑to‑end processes. - Identifies areas for improvement and initiates projects or programs - Increase productivity, quality, and effectiveness Qualifications - High School Diploma required. - Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience required. - 3+ years of experience in operations, benefits operations, PBM, healthcare, or a related analytical role required - Prior experience in a lead, SME, or senior analyst capacity strongly preferred. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload. For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 62,600 - 104,300 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
