Role Description At Ideaware, we’re building a cross-functional product team that will integrate quickly with our U.S.-based client — an international team operating in the Real Estate Technology space. We’re looking for a Mid–Senior Front-End Developer who can contribute from day one and help elevate the design, performance, and overall user experience of our web platform. You’ll join a fast-paced, product-driven environment where quality, usability, and speed matter. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys turning product and design requirements into clean, scalable interfaces, and who is comfortable working within structured, CMS-driven environments. - Build and maintain responsive, high-quality UI components using modern JavaScript frameworks and Bootstrap. - Translate product and design requirements into clean, scalable, and reusable front-end solutions. - Work within structured CMS-driven environments to implement and manage dynamic content. - Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver intuitive, polished user experiences. - Integrate APIs and manage asynchronous data effectively. - Optimize applications for performance, responsiveness, and accessibility. - Contribute to the ongoing modernization of the web platform. - Explore and adopt tools (including AI-assisted tools) that improve developer productivity and product quality. Qualifications - 3+ years of professional experience with Bootstrap, modern JavaScript frameworks, and responsive design. - Experience working within structured CMS-driven environments. - Ability to translate design and product requirements into scalable UI components. - Familiarity with API integrations and asynchronous data handling. - Exposure to AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Claude Code or similar). - English proficiency at B2 level or higher (able to communicate effectively in written and spoken form in professional settings). • Ensure team performance. • In coordination with project managers, deliver on-site operations with the appropriate capacity levels. • Proactively propose optimization and arbitration options in case of conflicts. • Lead their team independently. • Independently monitor activity progress, with managerial approval required for financial aspects. • Report at least bi-monthly to their manager.

• Apply knowledge about integrated plant operations to develop/update the way control room operators run plants with operating procedures in normal, abnormal and emergency conditions. • Validate various scenarios in control room simulators, before training reactor operators with them and implementing them in plants worldwide. • Develop test procedures supporting commissioning of new plants (like the AP1000) to demonstrate the functionality of components and systems from pre-op testing through the startup phases. • Develop plant operation and operating procedure for the Westinghouse eVinci™ Micro Reactor and AP300 Small Modular Reactor designs to ensure safe and efficient operation. • Work with existing customers and internal team to develop NOPs, AOPs, EOPs, FSGs, and other related documents for the operating fleet including the AP1000. • Collaboration with new plant designers and licensed reactor operators to define the best and safest way to operate nuclear plants. • As an author of operating and test procedures, you may support the commissioning of new plants worldwide.

• Frontend development with Angular: You develop modern, high-performance and maintainable web frontends with Angular and implement UI concepts cleanly and structurally. • Product-focused development: You work closely on our digital products and SaaS solutions, designing user interfaces that deliver real value in everyday use. • UI & UX implementation: You turn designs into high-quality user interfaces with a focus on usability, responsiveness and accessibility. • Technical contribution to the frontend: You actively contribute to frontend architecture, component structure and technical standards. • Quality & maintainability: You prioritize clean code, reusable components, tests and a sustainable frontend architecture. • Team collaboration: You work closely with backend developers, product owners and, where applicable, designers.
