• Ensure team performance. • In coordination with project managers, deliver on-site operations with the appropriate capacity levels. • Proactively propose optimization and arbitration options in case of conflicts. • Lead their team independently. • Independently monitor activity progress, with managerial approval required for financial aspects. • Report at least bi-monthly to their manager.
Job Requirements
- University degree in engineering or related field.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in service provision or engineering.
- Strong knowledge of nuclear services and understanding of strategic and commercial priorities.
- Understanding of business and financial processes.
- Good knowledge of continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in planning and project management.
