Job Requirements

  • Proven track record as a highly effective senior individual contributor (e.g., Engineering Operations, Data Analyst, Technical Program Manager) who is ready to step into a management/leadership role.
  • Deep, hands-on administrative experience with **Jira**, including complex workflow design, automation rules, and cross-system integrations.
  • Strong proficiency in building dashboards using **modern BI tools** or platform-native reporting (e.g., DX platforms, Tableau, PowerBI) to visualize DORA, flow, and delivery metrics.
  • A thorough understanding of the **Software Development Life Cycle** (SDLC), engineering processes, and how data flows through a modern developer ecosystem.
  • Practical understanding of modern **AI coding assistants** (GitHub Copilot, Claude) and a mindset geared toward measuring their impact on developer productivity.
  • Technical capability to build **data transformation pipelines**, automate reporting workflows, and write scripts to connect APIs across disparate tools.
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex engineering data into clear, trusted, and concise narratives for Senior Leadership, Executives, and the Board.
