• Design, develop, and maintain scalable, secure backend services leveraging cloud infrastructure. • Architect and implement robust APIs for seamless integration with web and mobile clients. • Maintain and debug existing Node.js services, including legacy Hapi.js and modern AWS Lambda functions. • Handle production issues, ongoing bug fixes, and work with complex MySQL data models. • Support asynchronous, event-driven behavior to ensure system reliability • Enhance and optimize front-end web applications using modern JavaScript standards. • Partner with product, design, and brand stakeholders to provide accurate technical estimates and delivery schedules. • Maintain high code quality by adhering to industry-leading engineering best practices. • Streamline CI/CD pipelines to facilitate efficient, automated deployment processes. • Diagnose, troubleshoot, and optimize existing code within high-load, production environments.
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Web Engineer.
- Proven track record in architecture and building highly scalable APIs and web services.
- Hands-on experience with Hapi.js and AWS Lambda
- Deep understanding of complex MySQL data models and event-driven architecture
- Proficiency in web application testing methodologies to ensure code reliability and security.
- Demonstrated experience with subscription and user profile management systems.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics and 3rd-party ad integration tools.
- Good English communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with international stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Strong detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free code and maintaining meticulous documentation.
