• Responsible to develop and deliver overall product strategies for Applied markets, academic, pharma & life sciences customers to achieve and exceed annual sales targets and customer happiness. • Promote products from leading brands in Cytiva Lab filtration products to improve customer workflows. • Responsible for lead generation and conversion and seek opportunities to convert technical enquiries into new or developed sales possibilities. • Prospecting for new customers and growing existing business to support a balanced sales funnel for future sales. • Conduct regular workshops, seminars, and product demonstrations for potential customers and regular trainings for channel partners. • Develop good understanding of the market and develop product & pricing strategies to achieve & exceed the sales targets for responsible products. • Closely work with regional and global Product Managers, Applications Specialists and Sales to develop strategic plans & directions ensure customer and business needs are met. • Identify right product positioning strategies for different market segments and understand the competitive landscape in the market with field time spend at least 60% - 70% in the field. • Motivate, Empower, encourage, and support distributors to promote Cytiva products.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, Biotechnology or equivalent with business knowledge.
- Master's or Ph.D. is preferred.
- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in a related field with sales or product management experience is required for this position.
- Proven understanding in Lab filtration portfolio, pharmaceutical products testing, applied market, microbiology quality control testing is an added advantage.
- Results-oriented individual with ability to energize, develop and build rapport within organization and channel partners.
