• Own and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Meta for B2B SaaS clients • Translate business goals into demand generation strategies focused on pipeline growth • Design and run structured experiments across targeting, messaging, creatives, and funnel stages • Analyze campaign and funnel performance using GA4, Looker Studio, Databox, and spreadsheets • Write and iterate on B2B SaaS ad copy and collaborate on messaging improvements • Provide CRO insights for PPC landing pages and campaign funnels • Use AI tools and workflows to accelerate research, analysis, and experimentation • Assess and troubleshoot conversion tracking across ad platforms and CRM systems • Collaborate with founders and clients to align marketing activity with sales pipeline and revenue targets
Job Requirements
- 4–7 years of experience in paid media or performance marketing for B2B SaaS companies
- Experience in an agency or multi-client environment
- Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads
- Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or ActiveCampaign
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable experiments
- AI-curious with practical experience using AI tools for research, ideation, and analysis
- Fluent in English, spoken and written
- Comfortable presenting insights and challenging assumptions in client-facing settings

Role Description We’re looking for a results-driven Demand Generation / Growth Marketing Manager to turn product lines into effective messaging and go-to-market strategies into qualified leads and revenue opportunities. You’ll manage multi-channel campaigns, optimize the marketing funnel, and measure performance to drive growth.
