• Design, build and deploy ML systems that help our customers work and ship more efficiently. • Lead cross-functional initiatives to put your work in the hands of our customers. • Mentor junior data scientists on the team. • Measure and continuously improve the accuracy of predictive models. • Use AI & ML to incorporate additional unstructured datasets into our ML models. • Orchestrate and automate scalable model pipelines in production environments. • Effectively document and communicate methodologies and results. • Use data to inform and influence the direction of the product roadmap. • Research and develop new models to solve key business challenges. • Use visualization & reporting to improve the ways in which our team accesses and interprets datasets. • Keep up-to-date with recent developments in AI / ML.
Job Requirements
- 5+ years’ experience working as a data scientist or machine learning engineer.
- Proven experience designing, building, and deploying machine learning models in production.
- Excellent Python and SQL skills for data manipulation, analysis, and ML development.
- Strong grasp of data-engineering best practices and working with large, complex datasets.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with cross-functional teams (e.g., product, engineering, design)
- Experience using data to influence product or business decisions.
- Experience with software development practices, version control (e.g., Git), and basic code modularization.
