Purpose & Positioning Manager

• Execute the enterprise differentiation and storytelling plan: Support delivery of the differentiation and storytelling roadmap set by the Chief Storyteller; Help translate strategy, priorities, and performance updates into clear narratives and assets • Develop differentiation and storytelling assets: Draft and refine proof points, positioning, stories, slides, briefs, talking points, and summaries; Adapt core messages for different audiences, forums, and geographies; Ensure content is clear, consistent, and on brand • Source and shape stories: Work with teams across Growth Office, Sales, Marketing, HR, Areas/Regions and Delivery to gather inputs; Help identify strong client, partner, and people stories, data & proof points; Shape raw material into compelling, easy to understand outputs • Support positioning, storytelling & differentiation programs: Coordinate inputs, reviews, and approvals; Track progress and follow through on storytelling initiatives; Maintain simple planning and reporting to keep work moving • Enable leaders: Support leaders with preparation for key moments such as town halls, leadership meetings, and client events; Help ensure messages are aligned and consistent.
