• Atuar no suporte técnico N2 dos nossos sistemas, em cima de uma fila de chamados e/ou demandas oriundas da Squad/Negócio, visando atender aos problemas dentro do SLA, retornando os problemas resolvidos para a nossa N1. • Trabalhar junto com os desenvolvedores dos sistemas, reportando a eles o resultado da análise dos problemas nas aplicações, e até resolvendo em caso de soluções simples. • Realizar análises constantes dos principais tipos de chamado, levantar estatísticas, e traçando metas de atendimento • Documentar e manter atualizados artefatos e playbooks dos atendimentos, problemas e soluções (por exemplo, scripts SQL que utiliza no dia a dia para entender e resolver problemas) • Realizar apresentações de indicadores para o negócio e Squad

Job Requirements

  • Ferramentas de atendimento/suporte (ex. JIRA)
  • Trabalho em squads de desenvolvimento de software
  • TOTVS RM, especialmente o Módulo Educacional. Não só o conhecimento da ferramenta/telas, mas também do modelo de dados & camada de integração.
  • Excel intermediário/avançado
  • PowerBI
  • Banco de dados/SQL
  • Ferramentas/formatos de log (ex. Elasticsearch, XML, JSON)
  • Ferramentas de depuração de APIs (ex. Postman, SoapUI)
