HR Coordinator

Description About the Role We are looking for a HR and People Coordinator to join our NinjaOne HR team. This person will perform a broad range of human resources activities and will serve as an integral contributor to support the growth and operations of the company. This coordinator will be the first point of contact to assist employees in HR related inquiries including insurance, payroll, employer verifications, and conflict resolution. Location - Hybrid in Tampa, FL (In the office 3/4 days per week Mon, Tues, & Thurs) What You'll be Doing - Manage the onboarding steps associated with transitioning candidates to new hires, including welcome emails, IT logistics, onboarding instructions, I-9s, etc. while partnering with key stakeholders - Be the front-line face for daily employee support in answering general HR questions - Responsible for data management within HR information system, and employee personnel files including pay changes, role changes, and organization updates - Performs quality checks and regular audits of employee personnel data and information - Processes terminations in HRIS working with internal teams to ensure a smooth exit - Conducts audits of HR programs and recommends corrective actions - Other duties as needed About You - Bachelor degree is preferred - 1-4 years' experience in Human Resources - Experience using an HRIS - Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills - Exceptional attention to detail, working autonomously, and self-motivated - Polished written and verbal communication skills About Us NinjaOne is a leading unified IT management solution that simplifies the way IT teams work.
