We’re looking for a Part-Time Video Editor to support ongoing podcast, YouTube, and social video production. This role is ideal for an editor who is detail-oriented, comfortable working from clear production notes, and experienced editing talking-head and podcast-style content. You’ll collaborate closely with a Senior Video Producer and Content team to deliver clean, polished edits across multiple formats, with a strong focus on accuracy, pacing, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Edit long-form podcast and YouTube videos from raw footage • Create short-form social clips (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style edits) • Remove filler words, dead air, and unnecessary pauses • Apply text overlays, captions, and basic motion graphics as directed • Follow detailed production notes, timestamps, and creative instructions • Ensure edits meet brand style and quality standards • Deliver assets within agreed-upon turnaround timelines • Communicate clearly if timelines or scope need adjustment

They produce brand story videos, campaign content, testimonials, and social media assets for small-to-mid-size businesses across health & wellness, construction/contracting, cannabis, fitness, and other industries. They are a lean, fast-moving team led by the founder. The editor works closely with the founder and their EA to deliver polished, high-quality video content.  Who We're Looking For  - We need a reliable, long-term video editor who:  - Understands Western/US culture, modern aesthetics, and storytelling  - Delivers without hand-holding (10/80/10 model: we give clear direction, you execute, we refine)  - Communicates proactively — no ghosting, no over-asking  - Can work consistently on a part-time to full-time basis  Primary Responsibilities  - Client Deliverables (first priority)  - Testimonial edits and brand story videos  - Short-form campaign videos (30–90 seconds)  - Event recap content  - Internal / Social Content  - Short-form content for the client’s social accounts and pages - Behind-the-scenes, educational, and personal brand videos  Workload  - At full capacity: 5 short-form videos + 1 long-form per week + ongoing client work  - Workload fluctuates based on active projects  - Initially starting with a backlog of content ready to be edited (LENS intro videos, Jersey Smooth, VSL)

We produce a high volume of ad creatives — green screen videos, UGC-style talking head ads, before/after transformations, and short-form social content — and we need a dedicated editor who can keep up with the pace and grow with us. This is not a "send you files and wait 5 days" kind of role. You'll be on calls with us regularly to go over new ideas, review edits in real time, and stay aligned on what we're producing. Communication and speed matter just as much as skill. What You'll Be Doing - Editing green screen ad videos (keying, background replacement, text overlays, transitions) - Cutting and polishing UGC-style talking head ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - Creating before/after transformation videos for dental implant and cosmetic dentistry campaigns - Producing short-form content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and paid social - Working from scripts, raw footage, and creative briefs — often with fast turnarounds - Jumping on video calls to review edits, discuss new concepts, and receive feedback in real time - Managing and organizing project files and assets - As you learn our creative style and understand how our campaigns work, you'll take ownership of UGC campaigns — sourcing content, managing edits, and presenting finished creatives to the team for approval. This isn't just an editing role — there's real opportunity to grow into a creative lead position as we scale.
