- Short-form and long-form editing
- Familiarity with US/Western aesthetic standards
- Able to emulate styles similar to: Dan Martell, Alex Hormozi, Devon Levesque

- Should bring creative input, not just execute mechanically
- Comfortable receiving Loom-based briefs and written feedback
- Values clear communication and on-time delivery
- Trial Project & Expectations
- As part of the hiring process, this role requires candidates to complete a non-negotiable trial project before a final hiring decision is made.
- All required deliverables must be submitted by the agreed deadline. Late delivery or partial submission will disqualify the candidate.
- Quality and communication during the trial will determine the hire decision.
- The trial project is unpaid.
Benefits
- Client Relationship : You will be directly working with the client. This means that you will communicate with the client, provide services, and address any client-related matters independently.
- Payments : All payments for your services will be handled by the client. Elevate and Delegate is not involved in processing your payroll. Your salary will directly go to you.
- Vacation Leaves and Holidays : While we may have recommendations or guidelines regarding vacation leaves and holidays, the decision is entirely at the discretion of the client. You are expected to align your schedule with the client’s business needs and any specific policies or preferences they may have in this regard.
- Application Process:
- In place of a traditional initial interview, you’ll be asked to record your responses to the initial interview questions through a Loom video (questions & instructions are in the application page).
- Our team will carefully review your submission, and if shortlisted, we’ll share your responses with the client for their review and next steps.
- Please treat this recording as you would a real interview:
- Come prepared and make sure you’re clearly visible on camera.
- Record your answers in a quiet, well-lit, and clutter-free space with a stable internet connection.
- We’re excited to get to know you better! Show us your personality and strengths. We encourage you to answer authentically and in your own words, without reading from a script or using AI tools.

Full-Time Video Editor - Dental Marketing
Dental Media CorpEmpowering dental professionals with cutting-edge media solutions to grow their practices and connect with patients.
About the Role We run paid advertising campaigns for dental practices across North America. We produce a high volume of ad creatives — green screen videos, UGC-style talking head ads, before/after transformations, and short-form social content — and we need a dedicated editor who can keep up with the pace and grow with us. This is not a "send you files and wait 5 days" kind of role. You'll be on calls with us regularly to go over new ideas, review edits in real time, and stay aligned on what we're producing. Communication and speed matter just as much as skill. What You'll Be Doing - Editing green screen ad videos (keying, background replacement, text overlays, transitions) - Cutting and polishing UGC-style talking head ads for Meta (Facebook/Instagram) - Creating before/after transformation videos for dental implant and cosmetic dentistry campaigns - Producing short-form content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and paid social - Working from scripts, raw footage, and creative briefs — often with fast turnarounds - Jumping on video calls to review edits, discuss new concepts, and receive feedback in real time - Managing and organizing project files and assets - As you learn our creative style and understand how our campaigns work, you'll take ownership of UGC campaigns — sourcing content, managing edits, and presenting finished creatives to the team for approval. This isn't just an editing role — there's real opportunity to grow into a creative lead position as we scale.
