Senior Customer Success Manager – Logistics

• Act as a strategic advisor to our customers by understanding their business objectives, demonstrating early value creation, and helping them achieve the impact they seek. • Build and maintain trusting relationships with each new customer, cultivate project champions, and identify key stakeholders. • Drive adoption of TradeLink across organizations and enable digital transformation by applying comprehensive change management principles. • Own your customers’ rollout processes across all stages of the customer journey, including partner activation. • Identify, understand, and clearly articulate user requirements to support customer-focused product development. • Proactively identify opportunities within the customer base for upselling and cross-selling TradeLink services. • Collaborate closely with the sales team to assess and validate opportunities, contributing to the overall growth of our network.

Job Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role within the logistics industry.
  • Experience in fast-paced environments such as high-growth startups or consulting.
  • Experience in a B2B SaaS company is a plus.
  • Enjoy solving problems in a creative yet effective way and work in a focused, structured manner.
  • Strong team player with a hands-on mentality.
  • Strong analytical skills and highly self-organized with the ability to prioritize.
  • Business fluent in German and English.
  • Any additional European language is a plus.

You'll manage and deepen relationships with our broker and consultant network across the UK while nurturing the enterprise client relationships that flow through that channel.
