Staff AI Engineer
Assured
• Architect and deliver production-ready AI systems using TypeScript and LangChain.js • Lead by example—mentor engineers while staying deeply technical and hands-on • Design scalable infrastructure for AI-driven applications • Develop and optimize APIs and services that leverage LLM capabilities • Collaborate with product and research teams to turn ideas into real-world impact
Job Requirements
- Proven experience delivering high-quality software and meaningful AI/LLM-driven products
- Deep expertise in TypeScript and modern web development frameworks
- Demonstrated success architecting and scaling AI systems in production
- Strong background in API design and backend development (Python/Django/Flask a plus)
- A track record of technical leadership and driving complex initiatives end-to-end
- Experience with LangChain.js or similar LLM frameworks (preferred)
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a bias toward shipping impactful work
