Job Requirements

  • We are looking for Senior AI Engineers with advanced english communication skills with proven experience building and shipping autonomous AI agents to production.
  • You will join a highly technical, fast-moving team working on a rental and inventory management SaaS platform where AI agents execute real business logic.
  • This is not a chatbot role.
  • About the Role
  • You will design, architect, and deploy production-grade autonomous agents that directly impact:

  • These agents interact with real systems, APIs, and data pipelines, operating under real production constraints.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Design, build, and ship autonomous AI agents in Python for production environments
  • Translate business problems into reliable, executable AI systems
  • Integrate classical ML models (e.g., scikit-learn) into backend decision pipelines
  • Orchestrate internal APIs and structured agent workflows
  • Ensure system reliability, observability, and measurable business impact
  • Work independently with high ownership in a fast-paced environment
  • Operate within an AI-assisted development workflow using tools like Claude and OpenAI
  • Validate, refine, and productionize AI-generated code
  • Core Requirements (Critical)
  • Strong Python + Production Experience
  • Proven experience building and shipping AI agents or autonomous systems to production
  • Experience beyond prototypes or experimentation is required
  • Solid Understanding of Classical Machine Learning
  • Familiarity with:
  • Gradient Boosted Trees
  • Structured/tabular data modeling
  • Basic feature engineering
  • Ability to integrate ML models into real backend systems
  • AI-Assisted Development Experience
  • Experience using LLMs (e.g., Claude, OpenAI) as coding collaborators
  • Comfortable working in an environment where:
  • AI generates a significant portion of the code
  • The engineer acts as architect and system designer
  • Strong judgment when validating and refining AI-generated code

  • Senior-level engineer with proven end-to-end delivery
  • Experience in small, fast-moving, product-driven teams
