Senior Wireless Deployment Engineer

Red River Technology

• Deployment of Enterprise Wireless LAN solutions (HPE, Juniper) • Design solutions that meet customer/project requirements. • Audit existing wireless networks to evaluate performance, identify flaws, and recommend improvements based on industry standards. • Support the installation, configuration, and validation of wireless solutions in complex environments. (Higher Ed, HealthCare, DoD) • Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure operational success. • Maintain industry certifications as required • Maintain project timelines and deliverables while working in a dynamic environment. • Other business duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or 5-7 years of industry Experience
  • HPE Aruba Networking Professional – Campus Access
  • HPE Aruba Networking Professional - Security
  • Juniper JNCIA-MistAI-Wired
  • Juniper JNCIS-MistAI-Wireless
  • Ekahau ESCE
  • Troubleshooting or Advanced Expert Level Certifications in HPE (Aruba/Juniper) - desired
  • Advanced understanding of networking concepts, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VLANs.
  • Experience using wireless survey tools such as Ekahau & Hamina
  • Advanced knowledge of RF concepts including RSSI, SNR, Channel Sizing, Modulation, OFDMA, WPA2/3, DFS, 802.1x, etc.
  • Experience supporting campus or enterprise WLAN environments
  • Experience supporting 802.1x environments using Aruba ClearPass PKI
  • U.S. Citizenship Required
