• You will own the Mojo DNA induction, delivering tailored, high-impact sessions for both Core and Certified employees. • You’ll also oversee the Certification Checklist, ensuring all regulatory and compliance activities are completed, logged, and reviewed in preparation for oversight by the G&D Manager. • You will define how AI impacts roles across the business, facilitating training with Subject Matter Experts to foster a culture where employees use LLMs effectively. • You’ll own our learning platforms - Sana - creating structured growth journeys and ensuring all materials remain current on our intranet (Our Mojo). • You are the vital bridge between Mojo and our growth partners, driving excellence across our entire advisory community.

Job Requirements
