IT Project Management Analyst

• Lead complex, high-impact IT projects • Provide guidance on IT strategy • Drive data-informed decision-making • Work as a liaison between Ops and Engineering • Support Business leaders to define requirements and assist with execution of productivity solutions and overall project delivery • Plan and organize project activities • Interface with internal and external partners to ensure that all projects are delivered on-time and within scope • Support resource availability and allocation • Identify risks and manage change to deliver effective project management and tracking
Job Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT analysis, project leadership, or related roles.
- Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience with IT strategy development and implementation.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Relevant industry certifications.
- Experience with data-driven decision-making and process automation.
- Innovation-driven mindset and ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Demonstrated leadership in technology innovation and process improvement.
- Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. citizen, U.S. permanent resident, or have protected status in the U.S. under asylum or refugee status).
