The Advanced Sensor Programs (ASP) Production Finance team is seeking a P3 financial analyst to join our ops finance team. RSS is currently executing multiple, large, complex full-rate production contracts that this role will support. The ASP Ops Finance team is responsible for overseeing and developing the Operations Material and Labor Earned Value and EACs with full PRISM EV utilization. The selected candidate will collect and report data, analyze data for financial accuracy and trends, and prepare internal and external reports. The financial analyst will review actual costs, coordinate cost/schedule variance analysis, and independently ensure adherence to applicable policies and maintenance of financial discipline within the program team. This is a unique opportunity to be a part of the Naval Power/Naval Airborne Systems SSBU finance team while providing support to the APC & Forest CMC factories. This role is being offered fully remote but quarterly travel to collaborate with the team is expected. The ASP production programs are based in Plano, TX. Travel to Forest, MS is also anticipated. What You Will Do - Support quarterly Estimates at Completion (EACs) which will require you to partner with the program team & perform analysis - Support monthly Latest Revised Estimate (LRE) - Report Earned Value (EV) & perform detailed EV analysis to budget baseline, schedule, and EAC positions. - Prepare various ad-hoc analyses to ensure accurate reporting and early warning of issues. - Partnering with various functional disciplines (Ops, SCM, PC, Factory OPMs) Qualifications You Must Have - Typically requires A Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or related discipline or equivalent experience and minimum 8 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 5 years experience. - Experience with PRISM / PRISM EV and/or APEX. - Experience with Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint Word). - Experience with Earned Value (EV) & Estimates at Completion (EAC). - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access the financial management system due to government contractual requirements Qualifications We Prefer - Candidate should be self-starter and require minimal supervision. - Ability to quickly learn and utilize program management systems and tools; and independently create and accurately analyze cost data. - Good organizational skills in leading/coordinating program personnel toward common finance goals by setting priorities and working within deadlines. - Experience supporting a Raytheon factory. - Working knowledge of MRP. - Experience in detailed program data analysis.
