Key Account Manager – Compression
Essity
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with our top 15-20 HME Billers across the U.S. • Develop, implement, and monitor customer-specific sales processes and Account Plans to meet/exceed sales targets • Conduct frequent analyses of customer information to identify risks and opportunities and account plans • Collaborate with customer and internal team to negotiate contracts, including terms, pricing, and product offerings, in alignment with company strategies • Provide ongoing support to high-value customers by coordinating internal resources to meet their needs • Reassess customer prioritization annually and propose aligned business actions • Deliver market insights on customer needs and competitive activities to internal stakeholders • Proactively generate new business opportunities through cold calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach, tracking progress in CRM • Conduct in-person or virtual customer meetings and quarterly business reviews as well as drive successful attendance to trainings, and webinars as well as drive successful attendance to fitting days and KOL events • Introduce new products, process orders, and provide exceptional customer service • Support RSMs and distribution partners to help drive Compression revenue growth.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of experience in commercial account sales, preferably in Vascular Compression
- Familiarity with distribution networks and purchasing practices of the HME Biller sector
- Lead C-Level top-down selling approach and collaboration with field sales force
- Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills
- Strong experience and skillset with CRM tools like Power BI
- Ability to travel at least 40% of the time domestically.

Overview The Toughbook Mobility Territory Account Manager (South East – FL/AR/LA) is responsible for driving revenue growth across key vertical markets including Warehouse Automation, Automotive Service Bay, Manufacturing, Field Service, and Field Sales Optimization.
