Job Requirements
- Experience in a ticket-driven support environment (MSP experience strongly preferred)
- Comfortable managing multiple tickets at once and prioritizing effectively
- Strong troubleshooting skills — able to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
- Ability to escalate appropriately without over-researching
- Clear communicator — comfortable working with non-technical users
- Organized, self-motivated, and able to manage your own time
- Strong documentation habits and attention to detail
- Strong experience with Microsoft environments (Windows Server, Office365, Azure AD)
- Solid understanding of networking concepts (routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs)
- Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware, Hyper-V, or similar)
- Comfortable troubleshooting both hardware and software issues end-to-end

About the Role: We are looking for an experienced Backline Support Engineer to join our Customer Support organization. In this role, you will provide enterprise-grade technical assistance to our B2B SaaS customers by troubleshooting complex issues, managing critical incidents, and ensuring high customer satisfaction through precise and responsive communication. You will play a critical role in ensuring our customers derive maximum value from the BigPanda platform, a mission-critical system in their operational toolchain. This role requires a proactive mindset, strong diagnostic skills, and the ability to navigate large-scale environments with confidence and professionalism. You will be working with highly technical customers, DevOps engineers, SREs, and IT operations teams across various industries.
